Basic Practice for the Protection of Personal Information
- We observe applicable laws, regulations, and internal rules concerning personal information.
- We always use only legitimate and fair methods to acquire personal information.
- We handle all personal information appropriately and within the scope of the specified purpose of use.
- Private information will only be disclosed to third parties under the following circumstances: when customers have given consent; when we entrust services to a third party; and when disclosure is required in accordance with applicable provisions, laws, and/or regulations.
- We endeavor to keep customers' personal data accurate and up to date.
- We implement necessary and appropriate measures, including, but not limited to, the development of rules, protection against unauthorized access and viruses, in order to prevent leakage, loss, and damage of the personal data we handle, as well as for the purpose of secure control of the information.
- We process information disclosures, etc., as required by law.
- We exercise necessary and appropriate forms of employee supervision to ensure the proper handling of customers' data.
- When entrusting a third party with personal data, we will provide necessary and appropriate supervision of said third party to ensure the proper handling of the entrusted personal information.
- In response to changes in social environments related to the handling of personal information, we may revise this policy and/or other company regulations as necessary to improve services continually.
